That is why we have included the functionality that allows you to record your bookings so you know who is coming, when and for how long. This can be found by logging in to your SimplyCaravan owner account, selecting the relevant caravan and then clicking Update pricing & availability. Additionally you are able to record any important, relevant information against each booking, in one easily accessible place, such as have they paid a deposit or when it is due or any special requests they may have. This makes it even easier to keep a track of & manage your bookings. You can also use this tool to separately manage any personal use you may have for your caravan such as any maintenance, cleaning or holidays. All this information is available in one easy to manage, convenient place.
