Broadband data plan for your caravan
The next step is to find a data plan. With this, you have two options. Option 1 is to go with a pay as you go plan. there’s plenty available. There’s usually brilliant deals available when purchasing a sim card that give you all the data you’re going to need at really low price points. If you’re looking to stream a lot of content such as Netflix on your tv you should be looking at around 10GB p/month. below is a link to a great deal currently on Amazon. it has enough data for 2 -3 months of occasional streaming.
if you want a pay monthly deal then I would say look no further than the big brands, EE, Vodafone, Sky, and Three. they all offer competitive data only deals.

you’ve bought the router and the data plan now what? When you receive both items simply plug the router into a power socket in a central location in your caravan and insert the sim card into the sim card slot. the router will have a user name and password printed on the bottom. log into the router exactly how you do your router at home by entering these when prompted.

Poor mobile phone reception in caravan
If your caravan is located in an area with a particular poor mobile phone reception you will need upgrade your broadband internet package slightly to resolve this.
First of all you will need to purchase a Broadband package that includes a high gain external antenna that is suitable for your location, proximity to you nearest phone mast and will deal with issues such as interference. These range in price quite considerably.
Second of all you should conduct a survey, these can be done online to determine the location of your nearest phone mast and which networks you would receive the best reception from.
